The Policemen’s Benevolent and Protective Association Unit #21 is a nonprofit organization serving the Bloomington Community. Our largest annual fundraiser is the Guns & Hoses Hockey Game with the proceeds going toward the Law Enforcement Torch Run and Special Olympics.
